Hey ladies, we at Baana believe in delivering the standards of quality with our products that are handcrafted keeping in mind the spirit and fervor of evolving fashion trends. However, to ensure the best experience for ourselves and our customers, we have laid down a Return & Exchange Policy.
Please take some time to go through it before conducting transactions on the website. 

 

  • Exchange Policy

 

Before placing an exchange request, you must know that exchange requests will be entertained only in case of unstitched product, if the product is damaged product or if the delivered product is incorrect (other than that ordered). Since pre-booked orders are specially ordered for the customer, we DO NOT SUPPORT EXCHANGE OR REFUND for the same unless the product is incorrect, damaged or incomplete. We would like to let our customers know that due to high import duties and shipping charges it is not feasible for us to refund the amount on pre – booked orders since it’s an additional cost and due to limited stock quantity, other customers are unable to purchase the same product. Adding to that, Baana will exchange purchased product at www.baana.in subject to the following conditions: products can be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery. Items under SALE will not be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged.

 

  • Exchange Process & Return Intimation

 

To exchange you send us an email at care@baana.in within 2 days from the date of delivery. We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging the products online.

 

1) The existing piece should be sent to our head office Chandigarh from the customer’s end. Below is the address:

2) A new purchase should be done. Once the New purchase is made, kindly mail us your order details along with shipment details of the existing piece which you want to exchange at care@baana.in.

3) Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check we will see if the product is unused and unaltered.

4) After the product is verified, we will ensure the refund is done as per the defined TAT.

 

Term & Conditions:

 

  • The products sent for exchange or return should be in their original packaging, unused, and unaltered with the tag. The products shall be inspected by the team for fulfillment of the shared condition
  • Exchanges are allowed only with the same or different products of the same price or higher

 

Cancellation Refund Policy

 

We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. However, if somehow the item goes out of stock or is unavailable in your purchase due to any reason, the same will be updated on the website or you’ll be informed via email within 2 working days of the purchase. Thereafter, you can either substitute the product with a same or higher priced product or cancel the order and request a refund.

 

Our cancellation process is very easy to follow and you can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded subject to the following.

 

1) Refund request for cancellation needs to be made within 24 hours of placing the order

2) Request to be made by sending us an email on care@baana.in

3) We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests

 

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-14 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

 

Product Disclaimer

 

  • Embroidery and Color

 

We regard the inherent qualities of our every product with utmost care and we ensure the quality but due to the nature of fabrics and embroideries on our products, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery and any color bleeding therein

 

  • Sizing

 

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size best suited to you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.

 

  • Color Display

 

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, the colour of the product visible to you can vary depending on the monitor so we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on the website is accurate. 

 

  • Wash care

 

We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as stated on the tag of the merchandise and follow the same to avoid making any damages to it.

 

Transactional Disputes

 

Transactional Disputes, if any would be subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction. Baana, as a brand, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.

 

The Company reserves the right to amend and / or alter any of the above terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
